Intro
The Patient Safety Group is dedicated to providing the best support possible to assist our users in the implementation of all our programs. Our eCUSP and Culture Survey software application is web-based and requires no IT support from your organization. Our Programs are hosted on The Patient Safety Group's secure web servers.

Email
Although the Patient Safety Group provides methods for users that are not technology savvy, the ideal setup is for every participant to utilize some form of email. For users that don't currently have an email account, but would like to set one up, there are several free email services available. Yahoo! Mail and Hotmail are two excellent email services.

Flash
In order to view the educational presentations, charts and graphs, you must have the latest Flash™ Player installed on your computer. Check to see if you have the required version by clicking here. To get the latest player from Adobe, click the icon to the right.

Spell Check
Programs require the submission of text-based information, such as a detailed description identifying a patient safety issue in your organization. For Internet Explorer users on the Windows' platform, a great utility to add to your browser is a spell checker. An excellent option is to install the Google toolbar, which includes a spell checker and can be activated once you've typed in whatever information you want checked.

Adobe® .pdf / Reports
Reports are generated in a web-browser window and can be printed using the browser's print function. For users that would prefer to generate an Adobe® .pdf file of the report, there are .pdf print conversion tools available, such as PrimoPDF.
